Aiming at this international and domestic market, Shunde special transformer plant seized the opportunity in time and successfully developed 12 pulse traction rectifier transformer, and won the major international bidding project of 186 dry-type transformers including 72 12 pulse 2500kVA traction rectifier transformers in Tehran Metro Project of Iran. In the development of 12 pulse traction rectifier transformer, our factory has carried out the basic research on the characteristics of the transformer rectifier system, clarified the relationship between the DC voltage regulation rate and the parameters of the transformer and rectifier, and solved the technical problems of the balance of the rectifier bridge and the no-load voltage rise. The 2500kVA prototype developed has passed the full load test verification, and obtained very valuable technology and experience 。
In 1997, in order to further improve the localization and technical level of urban rail transit equipment, reduce rectifier harmonics, improve the quality of power grid, and participate in international competition, our factory also cooperated with Shanghai Metro Line 3, Tianjin Electric Railway Design Institute, Shanghai Rectifier Factory, Guangzhou Metro and other units to update and higher 24 pulse rectifier transformer technology on the basis of 12 pulse rectifier transformer For the development of wave rectifier transformer, we have successively carried out research on 24 pulse rectifier mechanism, calculation of harmonic content, full load test of unit system, evaluation and design of transformer phase shifting method, balance, interchangeability and reliability of two sets of transformers and one rectifier.
