(formerly Shunde special transformer factory) and Schneider Electric of France. It covers an area of 120000 square meters, a building area of 80000 square meters and a registered capital of 1.49 billion yuan. The company has about 1200+ employees, including nearly 300 engineering and technical personnel. Founded in 1988, after over 30 years of development, the company has become a world-renowned supplier of power transmission and distribution equipment, and a leader in China's dry-type transformer industry.
The company specializes in manufacturing dry-type transformer, prefabricated substation, combined transformer, medium and low voltage switchgear, dry reactor and other high-quality electrical equipment. Among them, the annual production capacity of dry-type transformer is 12 million KVA, the annual production capacity of prefabricated substation is over 1000, the annual production capacity of combined transformer is over 3000, the annual production capacity of dry-type reactor is over 4 million kvar, the annual production capacity of oil immersed reactor is over 1 million kvar, and the annual production capacity of complete sets of equipment such as medium and low-voltage switches is over 8000 sets.

The company can provide dry-type transformers with three prevention functions that meet the conditions of marine environment. The products have passed various certification / type approval of CCS, BV, DNV and Lloyd, and they are stably operated in various offshore oil drilling platforms, oil tankers and other harsh environments.
The company has strong technical strength and rich manufacturing experience in the field of large capacity product manufacturing. The maximum capacity of products manufactured and put into operation is 28000kva (air self cooling), and the maximum design transformer capacity is 40000kva.
The company has successfully provided nearly 2000 sets of rectifying and power equipment for more than 65 rail transit lines at home and abroad, with a market share of 65%. The company has also successfully developed dry-type excitation transformer, dry-type excitation transformer for thermal power of millions of units, and dry-type excitation transformer for Hydropower of 700000 units of Three Gorges power plant. The products involve more than 30 projects with ultra supercritical installed capacity of 1000MW, 500 thermal power projects and 180 hydropower projects, with 5800 sets of dry-type excitation transformer in normal operation.
The nuclear power (Class 1E) transformer of the company was operated in Dayawan Nuclear Power Station in Shenzhen in 1993. In 2001, the 1000KVA transformer passed the accelerated aging test, seismic test and appraisal of the whole machine for 60 years. There are 13 nuclear power projects with 800 products and 153 class 1E products running in 16 nuclear islands.
In terms of product design, the enterprise integrates rich experience in transformer design with modern computer tools, and constantly strengthens its design ability. On the basis of mature product design principles, combined with computer and Internet technology, independent research and development of Electromagnetic Scheme parameter calculation system TCS realizes paperless design. From electromagnetic design to product drawing output, modern assembly line design can be carried out, from design to manufacturing, forming a seamless connection. In terms of manufacturing process, the company has mature process capability. The non-standard tooling and mold design adopt CAD drawing, proe three-dimensional modeling and finite element technology analysis, with complete mold and tooling system, mature manufacturing process and production capacity; according to the requirements of iso12944, the use environment is classified, and the corresponding three anti surface treatment methods are developed to meet the anti-corrosion requirements of various atmospheric environments required by different customers; CPK and SPC are used , FMEA and other quality tools conduct scientific analysis on each process, and improve the process according to the analysis results to achieve the purpose of continuous improvement.
